How to Register in the Online Scheduling Program

How to Register Your Organization

Click Register
FOR A NEW ORGANIZATION Click HERE
Put in your contact information including email address
Click Submit
You will now be able to see the calendar – Anything in BLUE is OPEN
When you select a date, a window pops up and it should autoflow your information.
Put in how many people- fishing or boating, wheelchairs (if any) and submit.
You will receive a confirmation email telling you your trip has been accepted.

How to Register as an Individual

Click Register
Scroll to the bottom and click on Register as an Individual —Make sure to check the box that says “I am not associated with a Group Home or Organization.”
Put in your contact information including email address
Click Submit
You will now be able to see the calendar – Anything in BLUE is OPEN
When you select a date, a window pops up and it should autoflow your information.
Put in how many people- fishing or boating, wheelchairs (if any) and submit.
You will receive a confirmation email telling you your trip has been accepted.

Days & Times for Trips for the season:

Dates – TBD
All trips are 2 hours long

LOCATION: Lake Wausau

ARRIVAL TIME: Please plan to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your departure time.

CANCELLATION IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER: Your Captain will call you 2 days prior to confirm cell phone numbers. In the event of bad weather, the Captain will notify you if the trip will be cancelled.

When you schedule a trip that is open, you will immediately be confirmed for that trip
Our minimum for each trip will be 6 people with a maximum of 10 (maximum of 2 wheelchairs)
You will be able to view/print all of the trip information including your Captain and First Mate’s contact information
You will be able to view/print all of the trips that you have reserved for the year
You will receive an automatic email reminder 72 hours prior to each trip
